Our free initial consultation is limited to 30 minutes and provides general guidance only. Detailed design work and ongoing consultation require a signed service agreement and payment of applicable fees.

4. Payment Terms

For paid services:

• 50% deposit required to begin design work
• Final payment due upon project completion
• Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements
• Late payments may incur additional fees

5. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on scope and seasonal factors. Weather conditions, permit delays, and client changes may affect completion dates. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate site information and access
• Obtaining necessary permits when required
• Maintaining designed gardens according to provided guidelines
• Timely payment according to agreed terms

7. Limitation of Liability

Fresh Earth Gardens provides professional consulting services but cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as plant survival rates, harvest yields, or pest control results, as these depend on many factors including weather, soil conditions, and maintenance practices.

8. Intellectual Property

All garden designs, plans, and recommendations provided by Fresh Earth Gardens remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Clients receive usage rights for their specific property only.

9. Cancellation Policy

Consultations may be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee. For design projects, cancellation terms are specified in individual service agreements.

10. Privacy

11. Modifications
